What areas of Chicago do you service?
We serve all of Chicago and the surrounding North Shore, including Gold Coast, Streeterville, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, West Loop, River North, and select suburban estates by appointment.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Chicago Upscale Cleaners is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Every team member is background-checked, vetted, and covered under our liability policy.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is per project, based on square footage, number of rooms, and the type of cleaning selected (Standard, Deep Restoration, or Move-In/Move-Out). You'll see a live quote instantly on our booking page.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadences are available with automatic discounts of up to 20% per visit. You can pause or cancel any time — no long-term contract.
What products do you use?
We use premium, non-toxic, and surface-appropriate products throughout. Special finishes — marble, hardwood, brass, natural stone — are treated with dedicated care.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled seamlessly through secure Stripe checkout at the end of the booking flow. We accept all major cards.
Do you sign NDAs for private or executive clients?
Absolutely. Non-disclosure agreements are standard for our commercial and high-profile private clients. Discretion is non-negotiable.
What if I need to reschedule?
